This is a spacious flat suitable for 3 students in the heart of Epsom, approximately 5 minutes walk from Epsom Station, UCA, Laines, and the town centre.  There are three double rooms on the first floor. Two of them share a small kitchenette and the third has its own kitchen with table and chairs, gas cooker, fridge and freezer.

All three rooms share the communal bathroom. Each of the rooms come with a single bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe and have laminate flooring and magnolia walls.

Gas, water, electricity and wifi bills are extra.
