This is a large flat suitable for 6 students (group or individuals) in central Epsom, approximately 5 minutes walk from UCA and Laines.

There are two double rooms on the first floor, where there is also a large communal kitchen. It is well-equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and additional freezer. There is a table and chairs. Also on this level is a shower room.

Upstairs on the second floor the other four bedrooms are all doubles. There is an additional bathroom with bath/shower. 

All of the rooms come with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe, and have laminate flooring and magnolia walls.

The rent varies according to room size and water, gas, wifi and electricity bills are extra.
