Our Responsibilities

As Landlords it is our responsibility to do the following:

– upkeep the structure and exterior of the building eg the roof, walls and floors

– maintain gutters, pipes and drains

– fix baths, toilets, sinks, basins and water tanks when needed

– repair electrical wiring, gas and water piping where required

– repair heaters, radiators and water heaters

Health and Safety

All of our properties have buildings and contents insurance but we suggest that you insure any valuables.

 

All of our properties have:

– Fire doors, fire extinguishers and fire blankets

– Gas Safety Certificates

– Electrical Safety Certificates

– EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates)

– an Annual Boiler Service

– Smoke Alarms

– CO2 detectors

– a plumbing/heating contract
